ABOUT THE WACO LINE
Hospitality, in motion.
We believe transportation should be the easiest part of your day.

OUR STORY
Every great journey begins with a connection.
Long before highways stretched across Texas and travelers boarded flights at DFW, there was The Waco Line.
The railroads that once passed through Waco did far more than move trains. They connected people to opportunity. They brought families together, welcomed visitors, supported local businesses, and helped shape Waco into the city we know today. They represented progress, reliability, and the belief that every journey could lead to something meaningful.
That history is the inspiration behind our name.

That is why we say we are a hospitality company that happens to provide transportation.
Our goal has never been to build another shuttle service. We are building something that reflects the character of Waco itself. Warm. Welcoming. Dependable. Professional. Authentic.
The railroad once connected Waco to the world.
Today, The Waco Line connects people to what matters most.
Sometimes that means welcoming a visitor home from the airport. Sometimes it means helping a couple celebrate the biggest day of their lives. Sometimes it means giving a business the confidence that every guest will arrive on time and well cared for. Every trip is different, but the purpose remains the same.
We are not trying to recreate history.
We are carrying forward its purpose.
The tracks may have changed, but our mission has not.
To connect people to places, opportunities, and experiences with excellence, hospitality, and heart.

From the book “Texas Electric Railway” (1982) by Johnnie J. Myers.
The trains may no longer carry travelers between Waco and Dallas, but the need to connect people has never disappeared. Today, The Waco Line carries that same purpose forward. We simply do it with modern vehicles, thoughtful hospitality, and a commitment to making every journey feel effortless.
When someone lands at DFW after a long flight, they shouldn't have to worry about navigating traffic or arranging transportation. When a bride is preparing for her wedding day, transportation should be the last thing on her mind. When a family visits Baylor for the first time, they should be able to focus on making memories instead of managing logistics.
Those are the moments we exist for.
We believe transportation is about much more than getting from one place to another. It is about creating peace of mind. It is about showing up on time, paying attention to the little details, and making every guest feel genuinely welcomed. It is about removing stress so people can enjoy what matters most.
